Program to create a whole new regime. A practitioner and teacher
in the martial arts, for more than 20 years, Berns developed
the approach from his martial arts background while recovering
from a knee injury.
The goal is to bring fun back into the gym and home fitness
regimes that is less jarring on the joints. The Urban Rebounding
basic program is a 45-60 minute workout. This unique exercise
program works with gravity and not against it, toning and strengthening
the body in the process. Urban Rebounding is a kid's style of
exercise that is fun in the process and suitable for adults
of all ages!
