Fitness jumping has been used in rehabilitative
settings for over 30 years. With the GYM URBAN
REBOUNDING Program, this well-researched technology
is now available as a Group Fitness approach
to create the ultimate cardiovascular workout
suitable for the gym.
The
GYM URBAN REBOUNDING Program is accomplished by jumping
only a few inches off the surface of the URBAN REBOUNDING
fitness equipment and reduces the jarring impact associated
with other types of aerobic exercise. The URBAN REBOUNDING
Program is a fun workout for all ages, shapes, and sizes.
The
GYM URBAN REBOUNDING Program is a safe, effective style
of aerobics that provides a surprisingly challenging cardiovascular
workout without excess stress on the heart, muscles and joints.
Taught entirely on a unique spring-enhanced device, this type
of exercise allows the body to work harder, for a longer period
of time, because the body is not absorbing the shock and stress
of hard-surface workouts.
What
do I get out of The GYM URBAN REBOUNDING Program?
A
calorie-burning, strength-training workout that's offered as
both a group fitness class in fitness centers around the country
and as an in-home, independent workout
A
fun workout that builds strength, cardiovascular capacity, and
balance without jarring the body like other exercises.
A
martial arts-rooted workout that elevates your heart rate, is
safe and effective, and helps participants quickly achieve their
fitness goals.
A
workout that is more than just cardiovascular movements. (Abdominal
exercises, squats, lunges, push-ups, dips are all part of the
workout.)

Mat material:
The mat material used for the URBAN REBOUNDING
Fitness Equipment is designed to provide
a resilient bounce. The material is resistant
to ultraviolet rays, doesn't break down
like other fabrics, and helps prevent moisture
absorption.
Stitches:
To assure strength and resilience, the mat
is sewn together using high-grade nylon
thread with two layers of strong polypropylene
webbing stitched around the mat's edge.
Springs:
To assure a soft bounce, the springs on
the URBAN REBOUNDING Fitness Equipment are
cylinder-like in design, with individual
spring mounting pins to help prevent frame
wear. Unlike other equipment, in which springs
are hooked to the frame (which can lead
to breakage), the pins on the URBAN REBOUNDING
Fitness Equipment are riveted through the
frame.
Skirt:
The URBAN REBOUNDING Fitness Equipment protective
cover is narrower than most rebounders,
allowing more surface space on which to
exercise.
Legs:
Legs are securely held in by inner spring
legs.
Rubber Tips:
URBAN REBOUNDING Fitness Equipment uses
rubber tips to help prevent scratching on
the floor. The exercise can be done on a
wood floor or carpet.
Optional Stabilizing Bar
The stabilizing-bar is an optional accessory
that is easily attached to the URBAN REBOUNDING
Fitness Equipment
