1. Does the URBAN REBOUNDING Fitness Program have a licensing fee?

No, the cost of the this program is simply the cost of the URBAN REBOUNDING fitness equipment and the URBAN REBOUNDING Instructor Training Certification. There are no annual fees once the training is complete and the program has been launched unless the customer is interested in purchasing additional equipment or ancillary products such as hand weights, music and videos.

2. Do instructors have to follow pre-choreographed routines?

Although the URBAN REBOUNDING Instructor Training Certification Program spends a considerable amount of time teaching the techniques and safety guidelines of the basic "moves", individual instructors may choose to choreograph their own routines. The only fixed requirement is that only URBAN REBOUNDING fitness equipment is to be used in an URBAN REBOUNDING class. The certification will also teach you how to evaluate a move and to assess its functionality as applied to a group fitness workout. Sample classes will be written out for Instructors to follow during the initial launching of the program to ensure participants have the fundamentals of this exercise.

3. Is there any difference between the URBAN REBOUNDING jumping device and a trampoline that can be purchased in a sporting goods store?

The actual fitness equipment that we use is a time-tested piece that is designed specifically to accommodate commercial use (high traffic, different shapes & sizes). The URBAN REBOUNDING Exercise Device is forty inches wide and has a height of nine inches. It is equipped to support up to 350 pounds. The frame is made of high yield, heavy-duty steel and is supported by thirty-six heavy-duty cylinder-like springs. The unique structure of the springs reduces stress on the lower back and improves the sturdiness of the apparatus.

4. Is the URBAN REBOUNDING Program as safe as step or spinning classes?

The URBAN REBOUNDING Instructor Training Certification Program is accredited through both ACE or AFAA, offering continuing education credits to those who choose to enroll. The eight-hour certification covers safety precautions and movement evaluation so that each instructor is trained to provide a safe environment during the workout. In addition, this type of exercise was initially designed for rehabilitative purposes. The soft surface of the URBAN REBOUNDING Fitness Equipment also reduces the stress on the joints as compared to many other types of exercise. Many people believe it may be unsafe because of the jumping factor associated with trampolines. In actuality, it allows participants to remain approximately two to three inches away from the mat surface emphasizing the downward push on the surface as opposed to jumping for optimal height. Also, the URBAN REBOUNDING Program is performed exclusively on the surface of the URBAN REBOUNDING fitness equipment, so you move on and off the unit during the basic routine.

5. How versatile is the actual equipment? Will the members get bored?

The URBAN REBOUNDING Fitness Equipment can be used in a variety of different ways. These options are explored during the URBAN REBOUNDING Instructor Training Certification. The actual exercise device may be used as a personal training tool for both the athlete as well as the rehabilitative client. We do not restrict the equipment solely for use in a class entitled "The URBAN REBOUNDING Program." Gyms are incorporating the URBAN REBOUNDING Exercise Device in sculpting classes, circuit classes, kickboxing classes, sports-conditioning classes, etc. The possibilities are boundless.

6. Is the URBAN REBOUNDING Fitness Equipment difficult to store and does it take up a large amount of space?

Storage of the URBAN REBOUNDING Fitness Equipment can be as simple as folding the legs of each unit and stacking them on top of each other or placing them on top of one another in a clam-like fashion (first one upside down, next one right side up, and so on).

7. Is The URBAN REBOUNDING Program expensive?

The URBAN REBOUNDING Program does not require annual licensing fees and the training costs are minimal. The URBAN REBOUNDING Program will increase your group fitness participation by bringing in many different members that may never have even considered participating.

8. What makes the URBAN REBOUNDING Fitness Equipment superior?

• Careful choice of mat material that offers:
1. Optimum resiliency
2. Resistance to ultraviolet rays which can cause fabric breakdown
3. A low absorption rate
• Use of a high-grade nylon thread
• A heavy-grade steel frame
• Individual mounting pins that help prevent frame wear
• Custom made jumbo springs which deliver a soft bounce
• A protective skirt to shield the springs
• Spring-loaded legs that fold for easy storage

The URBAN REBOUNDING Fitness Equipment exhibits all of the above features of excellence and you can also purchase an optional stabilizing bar, an accessory that is easy attached to the URBAN REBOUNDING Fitness Equipment exercise device.
