Sports Conditioning

Thigh-Mate® 's unique, ergonomic design and adjustable weight pouches make it ideal for sports conditioning. By utilizing the exercises included in the workout manual to strengthen the inner thigh, outer thigh and hip muscles improving both overall lower body speed and muscle control.

Martial arts
The Thigh-Mate® works the muscles of the lower body, including hip flexors and extensors. By combining the product's conditioning exercises with kicking practice martial artists can experience an increase in both speed and power, as well as improved control over an increased range of motion.

Pilates
Use of the Thigh-Mate® takes pilates conditioning to a whole new level. Besides presenting a new challenge for the experienced pilates enthusiast, training with the Thigh-Mate® helps beginners condition their hips and abs for the rigors of advanced pilates exercises and positions.

Step Aerobics
